Love the image, very nice and clear. The sound is a bit echo-y, though, anything you can do about that?

Work two jobs at 60+ hours a week? No thanks. Bring on the crash.

As a lifelong Vancouver resident, I'd like to point out that Vancouver is not the Nirvana that some think it is. If I had millions to buy real estate anywhere in the world I could think of many, many places I'd rather buy than here. I love Vancouver but it rains far too often, driving in town is a nightmare, transit is sub par compared to other cities, salaries are low, and drug use and property crime is still far too high for my liking.

Oh, and those resorts that are so close to Vancouver. Well, only one which is 2 hours away can truly be called a resort. The ski areas on the North Shore are just that, ski areas. I wouldn't think anyone would be buying a million dollar condo in Coal Harbour to get their ski fix on the North Shore.

Hi, just looked at your 1006- 930 Cambie St. suite and it is reasonable rent for the size. I agree however that rents will come down dramatically and finally we are in the driver's seat. Tanya has been wonderful through previous dealings and today Theresa was very nice and cute too. You may get some negotiations with respect to price. I am sending in an application but may be looking for some flexibility in terms of moving in early since 1006 is vacant and Christmas and all. We'll see if the owners concur. Any flexibility would be so appreciated.

Me and my partner, Jennie saw the downturn coming and being contrarions we sold everything about a year back and are in a cash position. In 6 months to a year the market will correct big time and then we will buy at a reasonable price. I totally agree with your analysis, however the correction will be more severe since the major economic driver is real estate construction further aggravating the over-supply. Good time to buy GM or Citibank." When there's blood on the streets, it's a good time to buy." - Rockerfeller.

Regards and keep me in mind when we are going to buy
