In this video, Nicholas Meyer outlines the help that Downtown Suites staff gives to non-resident owners. Downtown Suites doesn’t do the actual filing for the non-resident tax, but does offer advice and clarification, if needed.

Recently Lisa Taylor and Nicholas Meyer recorded some video at one of Vancouver’s premier luxury residences.

While in the lounge, and over iced tea, Nic described the features of Zubrovka vodka with bison grass.

Lisa gave an overview of the rental market to date, from a view suite on the 44th floor:
